- Construction of Vientiane Station
- Construction of Railway Mainline from Thanaleng Station (Sta. 3+500) to Vientiane Station (Sta. 10+550), for a total length of about 7.050 km
- Installation of Signaling and Telecommunication System
- Construction of Row House
- Construction of access road with the approximate length of 2 km from public road to Vientiane Station.

Pre-construction services, i.e. review of Drawings, Cost and Tender Documents and Procurement of the Civil Works Contracts and Construction Supervision of Civil Works.
