Project Description :
Wangchan Valley Land Development Project is located at Wangchan District, Rayong Province with a total area of 1,976.69 Rai and a 4-lane road of 14 km long. The development is divided into 2 phases; Phase 1 with a total area of 794 rai and Phase 2 with a total area of 1,182.69 rai. The work of Phase 1 consists of 2 main system works as follows:
1. Mechanical & electrical system for utility center area of 29 rai consists of electrical system, ICT/smart security/smart city system, sanitary system, fire extinguishing system and air conditioning and ventilation system.
2. Utility system for rented areas consists of 22 kv distribution system, electrical and lighting system, ICT/smart security/smart city system, water supply system, wastewater treatment plant and solid waste treatment plant.
