To study and analyze to increase the private roles in train operation of the State Railway of Thailand according to Section 24 of Public-Private Partnership Act, B.E. 2556.

Main Performance :

Collect and submit detailed information of civil works, detailed cost estimation for construction and maintenance costs of civil works including information related to the preparation of draft invitation to tender for private investment, draft terms of reference and draft contract to fulfill the project objectives, scopes of work and goals throughout the project period until the project completion.
