Construct Rural Road No. Ror Yor.2015 (Highway Nos. 36 – 331), Pluak Daeng District, Rayong Province within the following right-of-way:
- Right-of-way width 30.00 m., 4 traffic lanes and each lane is 3.50 m. wide, shoulder width 2.00 m. and median width 4.20 m.
- Right-of-way width 40.00m., 4 traffic lanes and each lane is 3.50 m. wide, shoulder width 1.00 m. and median width 3.50 m.
0.25 m. thick reinforced concrete pavement with lighting and drainage system on both sides of the road, having a total length of 11.465 km and a construction period of 900 days.
